Scott Publishing has announced that their albums will provide for the opiton of placing the singles or the full pane in their albums. We expect other album makers to follow suit. Because of the difficult nature of the stamp arrangement of the die-cuts the block of 10 will not be accommodated. The laborious task of cutting the pane of 20 into blocks of 10 preclude our stocking them in blocks.
