U.N. Vienna WIPA 2008 Pane of 10

U.N. Vienna WIPA 2008 Sheet of 10 Five stamps depicting views of the Vienna International Center and its artwork were released September 18, 2008. It is believed that these stamps were not sold at the UN Post Office in Vienna, which is a criteria for obtaining a Scott Number Listing. The Scott Specialized Catalog does reference their being issued and show a valuation, sothese stamps were issued and made available to the public and are appropriate for addition to a Unite Nations Vienna collection
