U.S. #614s for 1-1/2cent postage

U.S. #614 used in 1926 when the 1-1/2cent postage rate went into effect, before Saranac Lake Post Office received their 1/2-cent Nathan Hales. So the #614 was cut in half and used for the 1/2-cent on two covers, this being one of them.
