Shipping and Return Policy

iHobb.com recognizes that a substantial portion of the Internet and Mail Order Purchase Price is the cost of freight. In our pursuit of the best bargains for collectors we endeavor to maintain pricing which reflects low freight costs and avoid unearned 'handling' charges.

Our primary shippers are the U.S. Post Office and FedEx.

For each we are able to obtain 'real-time' shipping costs when you check out of your shopping cart, based on the cumulative weight of the items in your shopping cart.

Shipping within the U.S.

Includes APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, Guam and American Samoa

Stamp orders to U.S. addresses are charged $6.00 regardless of size or weight. Stamp orders are shipped via USPS and all orders are shipped with iHobb.com guarantee of delivery. We may or may not insure, but you are always protected against loss in the mails.

For orders of coin and stamp supplies, catalogs, albums and other non-stamp items, you are given 'real-time' quotes and the option of shipping method is your decision. In most instances both U.S. Post Office and UPS ground and Express Services are offered.

Shipping to International Addresses

International Stamp Orders to addresses outside the United States are charged a minimum of $20.00 regardless of size or weight. We ship small orders via Priority Mail, when available. Some of our heavier stamp mixtures (kiloware) are not available for International Shipping due to weight-to-value considerations making the shipping cost greater then the value of the stamps.

International shipping of NON-STAMP ORDERS, including album supplements, are effected by dimensions of the items shipped and weight. The shipping charge indicated at checkout frequently understates the actual shipping charges. In these instances you will be notified of the actual shipping charges for your approval. All orders are shipped via U.S.P.S. Air Mail Service.

Special Order Items

Beyond our usual stock, iHobb.com will special order items as requested. Estimated delivery times will be sent with confirmation of order. Special order shipping costs will be the same as for items in stock.

Merchandise Returns

at iHobb.com we offer our 'no haggle return policy'. If you are not happy with your purchase return the merchandise within 30 days and we will offer a full refund of the purchase price, or an exchange, as you request.

Please use original packaging, or comparable, to avoid damage during return shipping. Include a copy of the invoice, or your name, etc. that allows for tracking back to your original order.

Free shipping exclusions:

  • Valid only on orders placed at iHobb.com
  • Not valid on return shipments, special orders, prior purchases, REI gift cards.
  • Limited to stock on hand and backorderable items, is nontransferable and is not redeemable for cash.
  • Limited to standard shipping to U.S. addresses only (including APOs and FPOs). (Most shipments to P.O. Boxes are excluded).
  • Free Shipping orders are processed with all other orders, with shipping notification emails, to include tracking numbers, are sent for each order when shipped.
